Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Delivery across Pakistan takes 3–7 days, while international orders may take 10–15 days.

Shipping is charged at checkout. International rates vary by weight and destination.

Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. In case of delays, Mazil will notify you promptly.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for defective, incorrect, or unworn items with tags intact.

To request an exchange, email or WhatsApp your order details with product images. Once approved, return the item to us. After verification, the replacement will be dispatched.

Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are not exchangeable. Refunds are not offered; only exchanges or store credits are available.
